Specified for your room
We work from the venue's real dimensions and constraints, so the system suits the space instead of being oversized or underpowered.
Production
Corporate audio visual production for conferences, presentations, gala dinners and business events across Melbourne and Victoria.
Corporate AV is where most events succeed or fail. A room that sounds uneven, a screen nobody at the back can read, or a presenter who cannot be heard will undo good planning faster than anything else on the run sheet. We design and operate systems matched to your room, not a package applied the same way to every event.
That covers the full signal chain: wired and wireless microphones, mixing and processing, loudspeakers, projection or LED, vision switching and playback. Everything is tested before doors open, with redundancy on the elements that would stop the show.
We work from the venue's real dimensions and constraints, so the system suits the space instead of being oversized or underpowered.
The people who plan your AV are the people who operate it. Nothing gets lost between the quote and the show day.
Full system checks, sound checks and playback tests with time to fix anything that is not right.
Backup microphones, spare channels and alternate signal paths for the elements that would halt your event.
For most corporate events, four to six weeks gives comfortable time to scope the room, confirm equipment and lock in crew. We regularly deliver shorter lead times, and we will always tell you honestly what is achievable rather than overpromising.
Yes. We work across Melbourne and regional Victoria, and we are comfortable in new spaces. Where we can, we visit or contact the venue beforehand to confirm power, access, rigging points and any house restrictions.
We can. Some clients use house equipment for part of the system and bring us in for the elements that need more control, such as vision switching or multi-microphone audio. We will be clear about where responsibilities sit.
We carry spares for critical items and plan alternate signal paths in advance. Operators are on the floor for the duration, so problems are usually solved before they reach your audience.
Whether you're planning a conference, webinar, broadcast, recording project or technology solution, we'd love to help.
