Overview

Live production is the discipline of holding a show together in real time: who calls the cues, who switches the vision, who talks to presenters, and who makes the call when something does not go to plan. It is the part of an event that is hardest to see and easiest to notice when it is missing.

We turn your run sheet into a working show, managing cue calling, camera and vision switching, audio levels and the timing between segments. Crew scales from a single operator for straightforward sessions to a full team with separate audio, vision and camera positions for complex multi-room programmes.

Why clients choose us

Calm under pressure

Experienced operators who have dealt with late changes, failing equipment and presenters who go off script.

Delivery against the run sheet

We work from your timings and cues, and flag conflicts before the day rather than discovering them live.

Scaled to the event

From a single operator to a full production team with dedicated audio, vision and camera positions.

One clear line of communication

You deal with a single production contact during the event, so you are not chasing multiple departments.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a technical producer and live production crew?

Live production crew operate the technical elements on the day. A technical producer is the accountable lead across the whole project, including planning, suppliers, venue liaison and crew. Many events need both, and we frequently provide them together.

Can you run the show to our run sheet and timings?

Yes. We build the cue structure from your run sheet and confirm it with you before the event. If we spot a timing problem or a gap in the plan, we will raise it in advance.

Do you provide camera operators as well as switching?

We do. Camera operation can be provided as part of the live production team, whether for a live stream, an in-room IMAG feed or a recording. See Event Recording for multi-camera capture.

How do you handle last-minute changes on the day?

Changes are normal. We build flexibility into the production plan, keep spare capacity in the system, and brief the crew on likely variations so a change is a small adjustment rather than a scramble.
