Tested before you go live

Production
Live streaming and hybrid event production for conferences, webinars and broadcasts, delivered to in-room and remote audiences at the same time.
A hybrid event asks one production to serve two audiences with different needs. The room expects energy and pace; the people watching a screen expect clarity, clean audio and camera work worth watching. Getting both right at once is a production problem, not just an encoding problem.
We plan from the audience backwards, so slides, audio and camera positions are designed for the stream rather than borrowed from the room. Delivery covers YouTube, Vimeo and Teams, to more than one destination at once, and every stream is tested end to end before the event.

Camera positions, graphics and audio mixed for the people watching a screen, not just for the room.
Backup encoders, alternate network paths and a documented plan for connectivity failure.
Simultaneous streaming to multiple destinations, including private or restricted-audience feeds.
It depends on resolution and encoding settings, but a single 1080p stream typically needs a stable 10 Mbps upload with headroom. We test the actual venue connection rather than relying on the advertised figure, and we recommend a bonded or backup path for events that cannot afford a drop.
Yes. We can deliver to multiple destinations simultaneously, including public platforms and restricted or private feeds for internal audiences.
Remote presenters are usually brought in over a dedicated video call that we manage separately from the public stream. They are tested in advance, briefed on timing, and mixed into the programme so they feel like part of the event.
We plan for it. That normally means a secondary connection on a different provider or technology, and an operator briefed to switch. Where the event is critical, we will also discuss a fallback such as recording for later release.
Whether you're planning a conference, webinar, broadcast, recording project or technology solution, we'd love to help.
