Rehearsed, not improvised
Every presenter gets a technical run-through before the session, so the live event has no surprises.
Production
End-to-end webinar production so your presenters can concentrate on the content and your audience gets a session that looks and sounds professional.
Webinars have become routine, which is exactly why the bad ones stand out. Presenters sharing the wrong window, audio cutting in and out, questions lost in the chat and no recording afterwards all undermine a message the organisation has invested in.
We take the technical load off your team: rehearsing with presenters, confirming their audio and framing, preparing slides and lower thirds, then operating the session live. Sessions run on your existing platform, or from a studio space if you want higher production values.

Clear audio, stable video and consistent graphics rather than a grid of uneven webcams.
A technical operator manages the platform, presenters and timing while your team focuses on the audience.
Edited and delivered afterwards for internal sharing, on-demand viewing or content repurposing.
Yes. We work with the platform you already use, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex, so your audience joins the way they normally would. There is no need for attendees to learn a new tool.
One to two weeks is comfortable for a single session. If you are running a series, we can set up a repeating pattern so every session follows the same rehearsed format.
They can, and we handle the technical coordination between them. We will confirm each presenter's connection speed, audio device and framing in advance so the session is consistent.
Live captioning is available and worth discussing early, because it affects how the session is produced and who provides the captioning service. It is a common requirement for accessibility and for public sector audiences.
Whether you're planning a conference, webinar, broadcast, recording project or technology solution, we'd love to help.
